9TH ANNUAL COOL VENUE AWARDS (2016) SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

The 9th annual COOL Venue Awards is to be hosted at Café de Paris on Thursday 3rd March 2016 (1800pm-12midnight+).

Created by the market-leading Prestige Events magazine (est  2003),  last  year’s  COOL Venue Awards at Café de Paris was attended by 650 of the coolest and most influential event professionals, and saw us roll out a unique strategy across a 3-month period surrounding the awards night, optimizing all social media outlets to generate  an audience of the biggest social media audience for a UK events industry awards)    to a mind-boggling 7.4 million exposures: If you collectively added the social media audiences of all of the other event industry awards, they do not come to 40% of our audience figure! This year, our strategy promises to deliver an even greater social media exposures statistic, if not greater! No other industry awards has a greater engagement. Put simply, you have the choice of wasting your hard-earned marketing budget on other awards events with inferior audience engagement.

Logo prominently presented on every full page advert promoting the COOL Venue Awards placed as follows: Awards promo advert in Prestige Events – December 2015 and March 2016 editions.
Logo placed prominently on sponsors page of COOL Venue Awards website (a pPA top 100 website)
Logo placed on all html emails promoting the COOL Venue Awards (eg: ticket registration)
Logo prominently placed on the pre-event email that goes to all delegates re: how to get to the venue, opening times and other useful information
Logo and 50 words of copy to appear on sponsors and partners page of COOL Venue Awards website
Double-page spread advert in the March 2016 edition issue of Prestige Events exclusive to Sponsors (advert worth £1800)
Excel spreadsheet listing all category nominees and their respective social media links (eg: facebook, linkedin, twitter, etc)

At the Event
1 x VIP table (8 seats). VIP status guarantees free drink from sponsored drinks range within the sponsored-drink-range throughout the evening, PLUS 6 additional tickets with access to exclusive VIP area and sponsored-drinks-range.
Logo displayed on paparazzi-style photowall as a Sponsor
Logo displayed on category display during the awards presentation AND also on reel that will roll continually on the main screen(s) when it is not being used for other purposes
